By purchasing from Project Feint, the buyers agrees to the following terms and condition,

All Project Feint products require professional installation. Minor adjustments may be required for installation of some products. Buyer assumes all responsibilities for installation and usage of products upon purchase. Due to a large amount of compatibility fitment, Project Feint does not assume responsibility for compatibility of products, application compatibility, or provided installation assistance or guidance.

Project Feint products are for off highway use only. Project Feint cannot be held responsible for any fine or violations of local laws, highway traffic act and other government rules of the road

Project Feint does not endorse, nor recommend modification of vehicles for use in public highways. As a result the buyer acknowledges and agrees to use Project Feint products offroad only. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the product. All aftermarket products should always be installed by professional customization shops only.  Project Feint is not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to the use of our products on or off road due to large number of variables surrounding the use of the product, such as but not limited to, installation procedures, modifications to vehicles and unusual stress that performance parts are subject to. Project Feint will not be responsible for paying for labor cost or any incidental cost (including damage to other parts) due to any circumstances whatsoever

Non damaged returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon by Project Feint sale associates. Return shipping costs are not applicable for refund. There are no returns for any items that have been used or installed. All products returned must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Returns must be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product. All approved returns will be for store credit only.

We are not responsible for any Project Feint product that was not bought directly from Project Feint or was resold by an individual

As with any usage of performance parts or usage of a combination of performance parts, the buyer acknowledges and assumes responsibility of all risks involved.
